HO CHI MINH CITY: Vietnam’s luxury coastal real estate market is facing significant challenges due to excess inventory and liquidity issues, industry insiders say.

Property developers are struggling to sell high-end properties, resulting in higher financial costs from bank loans used to develop these projects, they said.
